looks like some type of saints medal since there is halo over the figures heads. I am not sure what it is but these could have been made for hundreds of years without ever changing the design so it could be hard to tell what period it is from as far as I know. But I do not know much at all about these types of things but this is what I have heard and read from others about medals like similar to this one

I'd like to see a close up of the broken suspension loop and know more about the size, weight and metal; but I would put the style at mid to late C18TH.
When it was actually made, could be different.
See if you can get me the close ups.

S. An. D. P. probably refers to San Antonio de Padua, or St. Anthony of Padua, who is always pictured with the Christ Child.
