The NGC World coin guide http://www.ngccoin.com/poplookup/Wo...e-Guide.aspx lists 2 coins for
POLAND 1973MW 10 Groszy both with the ref Y# AA47.

Poland-1973mw-10-Groszy-Varieties

One is described as Rare, but how do you tell the difference between them, please ?

The images on the NGC World coin guide page don't help.

Hello,

The difference should be one coin has mint mark, and the other one does not. The one with out the Warsaw mint mark is the rare one. You can find the mint mark under the eagles right claw.

I shall look at this date more closely as I see lots of them from time to time.
