Die Deterioration is Die Deterioration, regardless of the date or coin type.

As for cartwheel luster, it is a bit difficult to capture in a photo since motion is an integral part of seeing it. Take any uncirculated large silver coin(half dollar or dollar) and rotate/oscillate it under good light, you will see the reflected light playing off the surface- that is cartwheel luster.
