Yep, those are the ones if the size is right for your coins. He's asking $10 more there than he gets for them on his website.

No separate account, necessarily - he's a brick-and-mortar dealer who also sells on ebay. Shipping is free on the ebay auction, but unless he's going to ask $10 for shipping on his website, you're probably better off buying there.
