Hello all, this is my first time posting outside the Canadian Coin section of this forum, so please excuse my lack of knowledge of world coins.

I recently got a bag of French Francs dated 1920s-1990s, with several denominations from 1 Centime to 100 Francs. I was wondering if there is a good online source for checking for key dates or any common varieties to look out for.

I have done a google search and a search of these forums, but haven't found really what's I'm looking for.

Any help is appreciated :)

Check this one http://www.lefranc.net/
It's all in French but should not be a problem to find the right denomination ;)

I like French coins and have been working on a type set, gradually pushing the limits back from the 1900s into the 1800s.

Here are two sites I've used to help determine the different types of coins:

Les Francs
Coin Database

As for values for individual years I use a paper Krause catalog. Honestly I don't look most of them up because I know 99% aren't valuable. You can try to use the NGC World Coin Price Guide website. The design is a little clunky to look up every single coin, but it should work.
