Very Fine; Very rare, solid gold! Estimated at 600 (dollars I assume), but unsold.
Where did you find it? I see nothing to suggest its fake, but it isn't common for people to come into possession of this kind of coin without knowing what they have.
I suggest you check the edges for spurs or a split if its been cast. I doubt you'll find anything, but its good to check.
