Nice coin!

Crack open that coffin, unless you're concerned about the value of the coin. Since apparently slabs increase the value of most coins?

A nice example of the more mature Severus. The reverse die seems to be a little worn but not dramatically so.
Very nice.

RESTITVTOR VRBIS Restorer of the City. Later rulers tended to be less honest about the scope of their building programs and used ORBIS (globe) in place of VRBIS. I would not crack it out but would sell it to someone willing to pay for the plastic and buy a better 'free' example with the money. I do not approve of slabs but once in, I'd only remove a coin for which there is a market among more advanced collectors who would hat the slab. Beginners will like the plastic better than some of us that have been collecting for a year or few.

Its in a slab, you leave it in a the slab, no sense wasting a good holder... does it have a grade on it, can we see what it says on the holder..just curious....
