This is not a United States Coin, also do you have the pictures of the other side? It seems you only have one side. I don't know much about foreign coins, but I believe this coin could be from England or Spain. Maybe France.
EDIT: Sorry, it's not from there.

Whenever I post a pic of the front it overrides the other pics only allowing me to post one pic at a time

Oh I know what is happening. You need to name the pictures different, as when you post the different picture with the same name it changes the picture. Try renaming the pictures.

First, to the Forum!! (I know this is not your first post but still, WELCOME!!) Second, I see 4 copies of the same picture: the reverse of a Mexico City minted 8 Reale coin. Is this the coin you wanted to ask us about? If it is, I don't see anything that would lend me to think it's fake. (FYI: These are pretty common coins).

This is a Mexican coin, not a United States coin.

Worn 8 reales coins was what the US dollar coins were based on... so the title is kinda true (in a manipulated way)

I did some quick ebay searching and none came up for Mexican but some of the exact coin came up when I searched Spanish and some of the prices were $150-250 is that correct? Is it real?

I did an ebay search for "1807 8 Reale" . IMO, from looking at those ebay coins, your coin is worth $50-60. A nice piece of numismatic history!!
