Thanks ilikeikes, I was at my LCS today looking for bars, they only had a few hamilton mint bars so I was looking in the rounds box (dont usually do that as I dont collect rounds) and found it in there along with some Us Assay office rounds, that caught my eye because I'm quite close to Napa, dont know anything about the round at all so any info you may have is most welcome.
Got 3 Assay rounds and the Napa round for $88.88

Bought a nice stash of junk at 16x face from my LCS. Just started collecting junk silver. My somewhat modest goal is to reach $100 face. I have a ways to go. Hopefully, the price goes down.

As an aside, do you guys pay a premium for junk 50 cent pieces, regardless of age, or pay the same price as you would for dimes and quarters?

I've been paying between $8-9 for halves on ebay since I don't have any local coin shops.

In general it seems to me that halves > dimes > quarters in terms of popularity for 90%. Having said that, I don't pay more for any over the other. If a place is charging different prices, I buy what's cheapest. I'll pay a bit extra for higher grade walkers or Mercury dimes, but otherwise I buy what can be had for the lowest price. Traevin, it looks like you got some good quality stuff there.

I had been looking at them for a while, but like you I thought the premium was high on them.
Spotted these 18 on ebay and got them for $400 and free shipping so I think I did well for $22.22 each
