Be sure to check those prospectors to confirm whether or not they're the error type that has copper stamped on them instead if silver!

I bought this "famous flights" coin, suspecting it could contain silver. Got it along with 47 wheaties, a Buffalo nickel, and a cull Buffalo nickel, for $1.
It commemorates the first flight of a Boeing 747 in 1969, weighs 24.5 grams of .999 silver, was issued by the (now defunct) Letcher Mint in the 70's as part of a 6 coin set with a mintage of 7500.

I got one of those ^^^ as well in the mail just today! I picked one up along with the Black Friday sale purchases from JM last week. Nice coin!

I have some 2015's but I just don't like the look of that 2016 shedding franken-bison so I passed on em. Like the 1.25 heft though. It's not much but just enough to be noticeably different
