If I remember correctly, the Masterpiece in Silver sets, specially 1999 and 2000 always sold for premium, similar to new numis coins.
The subset of Florins absolutely stunning.

I have quite a few of the Australian Masterpieces in Silver and Fine Silver Proof sets But finding them at or close to Melt is very "Tough" and most of them have cost me a decent premium over Melt to acquire.
Occasionally I do get a set cheaply and this is one of those occasions
