I need opinions on this. I got it from a dealer as a regular proof coin, and took it out of the 2x2, and saw this. And I need your opinions on it. Have any of you heard of this before or seen it? It looks like it's rim is coming off. Thanks ahead of time. Here they are:

Is the rim partially smooth in the second pic? It is kind of blurry but it might be a partial collar strike. A better pic would help.

Looks like a normal rim to me. Has all the ridges. I'll get more pics though. But it could be that. Thanks for the replies so far!
