Need Opinions...proof Error? - Coin Community Forum

Phoenix21 Valued Member United States 194 Posts	Posted 04/03/2007 2:33 pm I need opinions on this. I got it from a dealer as a regular proof coin, and took it out of the 2x2, and saw this. And I need your opinions on it. Have any of you heard of this before or seen it? It looks like it's rim is coming off. Thanks ahead of time.
