The coin is REAL or is a transfer impression of a REAL coin. Guanajuato was one of the first of the branch mints to employ hubs - so DOUBLE hubs are rather common in the series. I collect real double dies as a sideline and have several dozen mostly from Guanajuato. So the traces of an DD are not a concern. I am however far more concerned by the oddly shaped lump above the 8 which resembles an apostrophe. Lumps like that can often be found on cast impressions.
The issue of the overdate is far less clear however. While the OD usually has a nearly filled loop in the 2 - I do not see any of the traces of the 1 behind the diagonal near the base. I own an original of the OD and on mine the 1 is very clear and thickens the angle between the diagonal and base. The other 2 in the legend looks too close to the 2 in the date for me to agree with an OD.
To determine if the coin is an original you need to follow the normal routine. Weight, SG - edge laps and 30X surface examination of all transitions. Look closely at the "extraneous" lumps.
