Not the best pictures, sorry. Liberty is sharper than it appears in this picture. Do you think it makes F12?

I'd give it a VG10. A full LIBERTY (although not sharp) I believe is required for a F12. It might squeak by with a F12 (I just looked at PCGS Photograde...pretty darn close).

Now go out and find your little sister, she was rumored to have been seen at the ice cream shop!

This may be of some help.
I dl'd it from the 'Net in 2000 but I forgot the site.

"F-12 Only the top of letters BER shows, and may be weak.

VG-10 The letter E is gone, and only a small part of B and R shows."

Here's a different picture, cropped, showing LIBERTY. Looks like it falls between the quality of VG10-F12 based on the above pictures.

Per PCGS, there is a significant price jump between those grades ($38-$75) which is why I'm beating this horse. Hmmm. Perhaps I should check completed ebay listings and other auctions to see how this compares to real life.

Top end of VG-10. I'm sure a dealer would ask F-12 money for this one.

May just squeak by F-12.
