It's very nice. I'm by no means an expert, particularly when it comes to dimes, but I'll take a shot at it.

The photo appears to show some scratches on the obverse just to the left of FDR's chin so I'm thinking PR63.

I look forward to seeing how the experts see it.

Can't grade it (MS and Proofs grades are not my strong suit) but I can drool over it!

I would not have recognized it was a proof, to be honest with ya.
Not the strongest of strikes so I would guess PR65-66

I think it could grade around a PR-65. Neat toning.
