The obverse has a rough date...looks like 1619 and the letters "NIA."

I see what looks like a lion holding a sword and a fist full on arrows on the reverse along with the number "2."

I believer the 2 is for 2 Stuiver and I believe the lion is the style used by the Netherlands, but I really can't find a positive ID on this coin.

Could it be:- "A post-Medieval silver 2-stuiver of Overijssel of the United Provinces of the Netherlands, dated 1619 on coin.
Obv. TRAN/ISVLA/NIA/1619
Rev. Lion rampant left holding a bunch of seven arrows; 2 S at sides."
