Right down the road from a coin store, lol. There wasn't any silver in there, but there were several nicer coins (I generally keep any 63-64 or better ikes, conservatively graded) and 3 FEV's. All of my FEV's have now come from this same branch. Unfortunately, no T2 Ikes, but the two I got last Friday make up for that. There was also another first, a colorized ike! In like new condition too, haha. I also pulled my first non-silver proof ike, my first '73 non-proof, and a very nice '76 T1. An eventful batch, to say the least, given I've probably gone through well over $5k in ikes over the past couple years.

I've been through my share of Ikes also. Found they make a great home-invasion defense weapon, put a dozen in an old sock.

So do I. I think I have gotten less than $25 worth from the local banks since moving here 12 years ago. Nice score I would say.

Great find! I ALWAYS ask for Ikes. Always.

Yes, they also do a great job taking up space, and making your house sink into the ground just a tiny bit faster.

I know they are proportional in weight to dimes and quarters but Ikes realy do seem to weigh a LOT. I have an old cigar box full of them and it is barely holding together.
