Several years ago, I accumulated a collection of the 1988A Federal Reserve Experimental web press notes. I sent the notes to CCA and had they sealed, certified and graded, I do not collect currency and was wondering if a member might tell me how I might find an up-to-date price guide for them as they may be put up for sale. Four years ago, I found a price guide on the computer and discover that all the note (34 totals) were all Rarity 1-2, three of the note there were only 11 to 20 known to exist. This web site is no longer available. Any information will be greatly appreciated concerning this request.
The last official publication on WEB notes was back in 2004 - The Standard Handbook of $1 Web-Fed Test notes - 1988A, 1993, 1995 Second Edition. But a lot has changed with WEB notes since.
For example, in the last book (2004)the 1988A FM 1/1 was $75.00 in F, $160.00 in XF, $300.00 in CU.
I would suggest searching HA for past auctions or ebay. HA sold a FM 1/1 in VF for $32.00 with BP this past Oct.
