Since you have found 4 of them, the most likely cause is a die scratch.

Thanks to MR. James Wiles, he led me in the right direction, and the variety has been found. It is listed by CONECA as 1952 DDR 002. Very friendly and very helpful gentlemen.

That would have been virtually impossible to attribute with the pictures you provided since the die scratch is only a marker for the DDR but has nothing to do with the hub doubling itself. The doubling on the 1952 DDR-002 is present on the parts of the reverse that you have not shown.

the sideways question mark is the pup specifically for that DDR.

I think you misunderstood what you were told by James Wiles. The scratch is a die marker but it was not created by the hubbing process. Unless someone is familiar with that specific doubled die(as Mr. Wiles probably is), there is no way to attribute it based on the limited photos of a die scratch. Besides that, you did not even mention any doubling in your post. You check a coin for hub doubling first and then use the die markers to confirm the attribution, not the other way around.

Or you use the pup and go from there, like I did. Did not know to look for the doubling, until I looked at the master listing. If I noticed the doubling obviously I would have mentioned it in the post and put pictures up. That not being the case, Mr. Wiles directed me and said he believed it was a marker for the doubling. That's how I got to the conclusion.
