About 19 mm with reeded edge. Has two types of oreintal writing, neither which I can determine. If you know the era (year) and the country it would help?
Appears to be Japanese Sen what country?

Date correction: Yr. 56 of the Republic, i.e. AD 1967, the first year of issue.
