What puzzles me is that the government of China went through the expense of printing several thousand of these bogus bills to educate the tellers and government of Canada agreed (like they did with the selling of energy properties in Alberta to Chinese companies).
Why not use real bills to educate the tellers and then return the bills to circulation? Did the government of China also copy the anti-counterfeit features on the paper bills as well (i.e. watermark, 2 x metalized strips, alignment of the partial "20" on both sides, micro-printing and texturing)
