your coin is from france.

King Henri IV - (1589 - 1610)
Minted in Montpellier (Mintmark: N under the crowned arms)
Date: 1594? (struck between 1590 and 1596)
Legends:
Avers: HENRICVS IIII D G FRAN ET NAVA REX
Revers: SIT NOMEN DNI BENEDICT

Nominal: Douzain Type "aux deux H"

this fleur-de-lis counterstamp was used in later times, to revalue the coin.
