For points of wear look at the middle diamonds, highest points of the hair curls, tips of feathers; on reverse, highest points of the leaves. It's a real nice AU coin but I don't think this one makes MS status.

I think I can see where the feathers aren't as sharp as they should be for an uncirculated coin. The middle diamond looks OK under magnification at least. Thanks for the tips IndianGoldEagle.

I have one more Indian Head to go for my type set (1860-64), and this information is going to go a long way toward helping me to pick out the best one I can find for the right price. Thanks!
