I'd say the first certainly would, but I'm no note collector not an Australian one anyway. And as not a note collector, I don't know enough to say about the second (though if you meant low serial number, my guess is "unlikely").
Hey mate I just checked it against my Mcdonald's guide and neither are first or last prefix although the second note may be classified as a low number? Dont really know much on banknotes tho sorry
The repeater (697697) may command a higher price in top notch condition. I sell them for face + selling costs on ebay, so $57.00 (which pretty much covers all costs) with a "Buy it Now" option. Sometimes people will bite & I might get a few bids, sometimes I'll get nothing. If it was in UNC (a mint crisp, faultless note), I'd probably start it at $65.00.
As for the $5, it'd probably do nothing. If it was under the 001000, say for instance 000962...someone probably wouldn't be interested, unless if it was paper notes. You'd have more luck selling it if it was under the 000100 serial mark. Say 000092. That would probably sell for more than face value.
One thing to always remember, the better the condition, the more likely you are to sell it!
