WINGS has been commissioned to review the Richard L. Lissner world coin collection (over 2,000 lots) which is being auctioned just prior to the ANA in Chicago on Aug. 1 & 2. Of the approx 3,000 coins, we stickered just under 600 (about 1 in 5).
