Im not sure it is real. Becuase paper is struck in stages using dffwerent plates, there would be other parts that should be messed up. Ive seen bills faked with stamps.

Hard for me to decide. Looks like an error, but could've been easily faked. So I don't know. But still, a neat find.

It is hard to see in the photo but also the green seal has done the same thing on the other side but it is much lighter. Also when you look at the Federal Reserve Seal it is much lighter in the places that transfered to the other side of the bill and where it looks like there are places on the other side that didn't transfer those places on the seal are much darker.

Ok I see it now! So its most likely real. My initial thought was that someone was playing around with a stamp.

This error is a called a wet ink transfer as you kind of said.

Its a very nice error note. Howd you get it?

I think this note will sell for around $50-$100. On ebay, that is. I have some fake notes that look like yours. But I bought mine knowing they were fake, but yours looks much more legit.

But why would people spend more than face value for a fake error. I do love the 2$ bill though.

What if it isn't an error? What if this guy got the garbage bag full of bad bills straight from the BEP and doesn't even know about it? Well, I got 2. hehe

Other than that I just think they are cool. I like error notes but cant afford most of them. And they also just make my currency collection look more diverse. A little bit of this and a little bit of that.
