It did though - on July 27... almost two months after it was sent. Admittedly I don't know much about Ukrainian customs; they might be more stringent than Russian ones. Try driving from Poland into Ukraine with a British car and it can be 5 hours or more and 10 different customs stamps/huts to go through. The communists LOVE their bureaucracy! I would hold on a little bit, there is every chance it will turn up. Remember they were frozen solid with -30 for all of December (I was there!) And both times USPO said it was delivered. And both times ebay made ME eat the loss and issue a refund. The reason?
