I believe this to be an honest XF45

the obverse shows wear on the high points while maintaining an unmolested surface on both the mirrors and the devices

the reverse shows nary a wear

the coin itself is a lovely olive hue with hints of luster, more on the reverse but slightly evident on the obverse

Numis FMV has an XF40 at $168 and an AU50 at $330 - I believe my $269 asking price to be fair market and I am willing to entertain reasonable offers

I only see it now, but I agree with PCGS at XF40 and think they righteously took a bit off for the rims.

I would have been at EF-45 on this also. Great coin.
