Im looking to purchase a 22D for my dansco and was curious if this is a weak D or is this the straight die crack variety? I dont really know much about this variety any help and what you think about the coin would be appreciated. There asking 25 dollars for this coin and also says that it has old cleaning done to it.

I believe to be classified as a "weak D" there would be far less of the D showing than on the coin in your photos.

I do not think so, I have a weak D and the D is not legible it's just a small bump where the D is supposed to be.

I'd say you have the straight die crack mentioned on LCR,it is slightly different than the crack on the weak/no D.

More like around $15.00 in that grade.
