I'm thinking AU55. Just a little rub in spots.

SuperDave is experienced. I'm not, so take my grade with a grain of salt! Going by the book, I'd say AU 50-55. It's a bit hard to tell if the light wear on the breast feathers and the wreath on the reverse is real, or an artifact of the photography. Nice coin.

I see some wear on the obverse hair lines. I am going to say XF-40 on the obverse, AU-50 on the reverse.

I would say it's a solid AU-53, possibly a 55. ~Jim
