Here is my next $10 nyinc that I believe to be authentic. It is my first Helmet coin!

Constantine I, RIC VII 48
Constantine I AE3. IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG, laureate, helmeted & cuirased bust right / VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP, two Victories standing facing one another, together holding shield inscribed VOT/PR on altar, GSIS star in ex.
2.43 gr., 18mm
NOT magnetic
The wildwinds example show the coin as 3.06 grams but I think that is ok?

The Siscia mint produced some amazing bust portraits of Constantine I.

I agree. The more unusual helmet is what really makes this stick out. Very nice purchase for $10.

OP, I would not worry awfully much about late romans and forgeries. Once you get used to them, the forgeries of these stick out. Actually, most of the time any "forgery" is actually a barbaric issue, even cooler than official issues. :)
