There is a small line underneath the leaves. Also under the right side of the building and the fat 5. I will see if I can get closer closeups of it.

The lines are part of the design.The five appears normal,though possibly doubled,your scan isn't too clear.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

The line under the leafs is supposed to be there, the line under the right of the building, if we are looking at the same thing is the letter S with a T going through it and the fat 5 is normal. Every thing OK
