Very nice buys. It's also nice to hear about good customer service in our hobby.

I took the opportunity to Google them up and see what the Internet had to say. Their online sales are being rewritten, so I couldn't gather any data there. What I did find, though, was a really nicely-composed mail bid sale encompassing a bunch of stock. Not much was imaged, but those images which appear are professionally shot and quite worthy of grading from. I found their grading to be "level to slightly (one grade) optimistic."
I also ran into a post on another forum from someone I trust who does business with them regularly. He cautions about their fairly restrictive return policy - they won't accept returns without good reason ("I changed my mind" is not good reason), and will not accept returned slabbed coins at all. He described them as good at assessing problem coins (limited his opinion to Morgans only) and attributions, but not so hot at assessing PL & DMPL.
In sum, if I could see images (and I'm sure they'll image a coin you're interested in), I'd cheerfully do business with them.
