This was one I forgot I bid on and was surprised I won. I am learning about these so your opinions are greatly appreciated. If you feel like it, please say what makes it the grade you are giving it. It was listed as VG - does it get to F?

These are the auction images - thanks everyone!

I don't see fine in this quarter without a full rim on the reverse but hey it's better than mine.

Full rim for fine, check.

I paid $34 including shipping. Thought?

(Please be honest on your opinions of what I paid)

$34 for the second-lowest mintage, the key to the series aside the 1916? If you're not giggling yet, it's time to start.

I am putting together a set of SLQ's in circulated condition. I hate to say it but I don't think this makes VG. I think it might stretch to G-6 maybe. There just isn't enough detail on the obverse. In VG you'll start to see some drapery folds around the stomach, a little more detail in the neck and chest area and more separation with the shield and body around 8:00.

Thanks for the input chesterb. I will take a look at it focusing on the areas you and muddler mentioned. Not hurt by your VG6 opinion at all!

I think it just makes VG-8, but $34 for a semi-key is a good deal. lists out at about 40 in good. Enjoy the coin!
