What is the best (ie cheapest) way to ship a single roll of quarters (or others for that matter). I usually use a flat rate small box, but that seems pretty expensive. Is there a better way?

1st class in a #000 bubble envelope taped REALLY good. Although this is more of a risk as a flat rate box packed well is pretty safe. I have done #000 for quarter rolls, but usually use a flat rate box. For single rolls of nickels, dimes or cents, I use #000 bubble envelopes

I agree with mvc, a bubble mailer would be a good idea. Tape the ends of the rolls, wrap them in paper, and then ship them in the bubble mailer taped up really good.
