I know how to grade. If off, I miss by a point up or down. I also discuss the submission form with a friend and the agent who corrects any major discrepancy.
Since I collect errors, submissions to PCGS are a huge investment that cannot be taken lightly. An error coin will cost at least 60-70 dollars plus indirect costs
