What I know: Curly haired guy facing right. Reverse: Someone standing/advancing right, one leg appears to be bent, something like a cape over their arm and a teensy little S (presumably from an S C).

From as thick as the coin appears to be from the picture, it looks like a Tetradrachm from Alexandria. I'm thinking it might be Marcus Aurelius or Commodus.

I'd say Aurelius or Commodus too. Maybe even Verus. Good luck with a full attribution though. :)

Okay, heres what I have:

Person standing/walking right is victory or nike (wings, I'm assuming victory).

The thing in front of them has a 'P' on it so I'd assume its an inscribed shield.

That would make it either:
Lucius Verus, VIC PAR (victory over parthia), 6 known examples, but doesn't sell well.

Marcus Aurelius, VIC PAR, more of them, but somehow higher value

Yes, from the nose, I would go for Marcus Aurelius, otherwise there is much similarity between that bust style and the standard bust style for Septimius Severus.
Marcus obviously had quite a fine Roman nose.
