thanks, I think its a Hupeh province coin but that's as much as I can find. whats strange is the lack of detail around the edge of one side...

If you rotate the coin 180 degrees, the Chinese at the top of the obverse side states that it was made in Zhejiang Province. The denomination is "10 cash" and these coins were made during the years 1903-1905. This particular coin is very common. Gary

 I'm sorry I can't help with identification, but it seems that's been taken care of anyways. But.. Really nice, common or not! I love the reverse design!! I'm partial to dragons so I really like the design!

Hi Nathan yes I agree. Its something that I saw and liked, so have put it safely to one side, even though it doesn't seem to have value or history... regards, Steve
