2001 no p is cupro-nickel,and 4.6g is about right.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Humm the mystery continues.... At first I thought it was paint r marker but not so... could the plating be missing ?

There is no plating,it's cupro-nickel.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Environmental toning/damage... compare it to any US nickel (which is also 75% copper and 25% nickel) that has suffered the same fate...
