Hi all,
This is a pre-revolutionary Russian 100 Ruble note. I came across it several years ago at a numismatic show in Pereth, Western Australia

Pick 13. The interesting thing about this series is although on 4 "treasurers" signed all note in this series (2 actually for this note) it is a big series to collect due to the number of cashiers that also signed these notes. I have a large number of these notes as I am trying to collect all cashier signatures.

One of the IBNS journals a few years back had an article on the cashers with tables listing which casher signed with what "treasurer".
