I recently purchased this Sestertius not because it was in the best of conditions, but because of its sheer size and weight. It's not bad looking either.

Faustina I Sestertius RIC 1103A, struck at Rome, 147 AD
OBV: DIVA FAVSTINA, draped bust right
REV: AETERNITAS S-C, Aeternitas seated left holding phoenix & scepter
