I bought these coins at separate times but from the same seller.I believe these coins are copies one is brass and the other bronze . Everything seems the same about these coins except the flan and metal.Live and learn.

The Julian Bull coins are desirable coins, but I wouldn't think there was enough money in one to pay for the cost of manufacturing a fake. Makes one want to be very careful about what one buys and from whom, eh?

They are both fake. You may want to contact the seller and see if he would refund your money. I would not buy from that seller again.

I believe he tried to pass these off as real since they were sold in separate lots with 3 other bull coins in each lot which were real . I bought these a couple of years ago so to late to get a refund. Was a e-bay purchase.

I disagree with you Bing. There is enough money in fakes for them to have been produced specifically to bulk out lots of uncleaned coins.
