Hello and welcome.

It appears to be an ancient Roman provincial coin of Emperor Hadrian, or perhaps a replica of one. Can you give s a size, weight if possible, and a clearer pic of the obverse so we can read the lettering around the portrait? From that pic, I can't tell if the language is Latin or Greek.

It looks like it might be a tetradrachm of Hadrain from the Alexandria mint.
