It seems to be a token or commemorative of the birth of Willem-Alexander, Prince of Orange heir apparent Netherlands.

I will post more when I know more

It is a Dutch medal commemorating the birth of Willem-Alexander, who has since actually become King of the Netherlands since you first posted your medal.

I don't know anything about what metal it is made from, who made it, or how much it might be worth. But I've edited the thread title to make it easier for people who might know to find this thread and help you.
