I'm a bit stumped here. Most details are great but necklace looks weak if I had to shoot in the dark I would guess high AU. Lets wait for Vermontensium.

Feather tips are worn to sub XF levels, I think, and the diamonds don't look right to me. Recut?

also the wear that is beginning under the "L" and causing the definition of the headband to not be so clear, doesn't that take this to an EF grade in this series? or is this a strike issue?

That is a weird coin. It does look like it has a great luster, but I agree with Pinenut, that the feather are pretty worn, as well as some of the hair. Something weird might be going on with the diamonds as well.

That said, I wish my XF IHCs would have such luster.
