Is there a way to get the whole commemorative pop report besides getting them one at a time on their site?

You can download the entire US Pop Report from the ANACS site.

The classic commemoratives are not all contiguously listed, but in just a few minutes you can find them all.

About 40 of the half-dollars are listed under "50C Silver Commems." Those not listed there can be found within the appropriate denomination section. For example, the Isabella Quarter can be found under "25C Isabella" and the Arkansas half-dollar can be found under "50C Arkansas."

Hopefully someday they will reorganize their database to make the commemorative section one area onto itself.
