Appears to be a Die Crack, adds character, but not too much else.
Pretty nice example of a 1866 by the way!

hundorama, to the CCF. . Looks like a die crack that extends from the bottom of the ribbon into the denticles. Neat looking, but won't increase value much

After I blow up the image it looks like there might be something in the denticals below the 1 and the first 6, but there is enough crud in the denticals, and when I blow the image up that much it begins to degrade so I can't say for sure if there is anything there.
