Like many others I bought a roll or two of the State Quarters when they were issued. At the end of the 50 state run, I broke out the rolls and made sets in albums for my nieces & nephews & friend children as gifts. I was trying to interest them in collecting.
The leftover coins ended up in a shoebox & I forgot about them. I started to do some reorganizing and I found the coins and thought about putting them on ebay.
So I searched ebay to see if there was any interest in sets of State Quarters. Here's what I found. One individual selling sets at $29.99 buy it now price. Claims to have sold over 1000. Click on the sold link & it shows every other day a set sold.
Yet other auctions, actual auctions starting much lower in price generate no bids. The sellers have good feedback . Are people not looking for the best price or is something else going on?

Do you have a link to the seller who sold that many? May give us a better idea of what's going on.

Maybe he gets repeat business due to other good deals, or has a big name and known good customer service. I agree with JJ that a link to the sale might be helpful. Good luck if you sell your remaining sets. Just price them a dollar or two lower than this guy and you might be in business...
