Poor old Eddie 7 didn't have that much hair, for starters, and the "BP" designers initials to the right of the date are missing. As for what it is, you've got me. Being two coin-designs fused together like that, it wasn't an attempt at making a fake coin, nor even a card game counter or piece of play money. What's on the other side; is it blank? Perhaps it was made as a belt-buckle or some similar cheap imitation-gold costume-jewellery piece.
