Monkeybean, a soak in water and a light clean with cotton buds is fine.

Allectus is always popular, and yes, "over the pond" the prices increase manifold.

Your Allectus may be a true diamond in the rough. If the obverse is as nice as the reverse. It is most likely worth more than the others combined and should you decide to continue collecting well worth keeping as a real 'find'. After over 35 years collecting ancients I well remember the ones I let slip away. It's a keeper until you get a feel for the subject and something even better catches your eye. Always trade up and never down !
